Delaware North Australia is hiring a Kitchen Steward to join our culinary team at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). In this role you will ensure cleanliness, order, and efficiency in the kitchen, supporting smooth kitchen operations. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
• Ensure WHS compliance by conducting temperature and quality checks and managing cross-contamination
• Support kitchen staff in maintaining an organised and efficient workspace
• Perform hands‑on cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and waste management
• Show flexibility in working various shifts over a 7‑day roster

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand is preferred
• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain one
